When booking tickets for our events, workshops, or other activities:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Urban Bites;
You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event;
Urban Bites reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for any reason;
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant Urban Bites permission to use such material for promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Urban Bites, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
